Where and When
We meet on the third Sunday of every month unless otherwise noted. We begin promptly at 10 am with a short centering meditation. For directions to the next meeting please email Nadine or Bob.

Here's the quote about truth that I was trying to remember yesterday:
"The teaching is merely a vehicle to explain the truth. Don't mistake it for the truth itself. The teaching is like the raft that carries you to the other shore. The raft is needed, but the raft is not the other shore. An intelligent person would not carry the raft on his head once he reaches the other shore. You all helped me remember something else ... to describe my path to others as "practicing Buddhism" rather than being "a practicing Buddhist." No label.
